Most locations that have a high volume of refuse to dispose of don't worry about its removal until a problem occurs. With our periodic inspection of products, the likelihood of equipment down time is greatly reduced.
Additionally, with the use of our auto start feature on the compactor, we eliminate the need for maintenance personnel to start the machine on a daily or hourly basis. The advantage of the auto start is three-fold:
- No build up of excess refuse gathers around the outside of the unit when the compactor fills up.
- A cost savings of $300 - $500 by eliminating the need of maintenance personnel to start the machine on weekends.
- Site preparation costs are greatly reduced.
Customer Service
From start to finish, Diamond Rentals' staff uses all their resources to help customers with their compactor needs. Beginning with an initial site survey, we provide a free customized cost analysis. We then work with you to determine the optimum placement of the unit and help with designing your compaction enclosure.
After the unit is installed, we continue our service by working with you to answer and solve any questions or problems you may encounter during the life of the unit. We share and understand the urgency on any matters related to our equipment or service and work diligently to rectify the situation immediately.
